Grid Training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Grid Training involves exercising in a fun, social environment. We have a complete Functional Training Center with TRX Suspension Training, Plyo Boxe, Kettle Bells and more. In GFT, as a small group training, trainers spend more time with you, checking technique and pushing you throughout the session.
