OUR COMMITMENT TO KEEPING YOU SAFE IN OUR CLUBS

We are thrilled to announce that all CHi Fitness clubs have resumed under strict government SOP adherence and is subjected to change from time to time.

We look forward to seeing you and we would like to remind you that it is our collective responsibility to be extra vigilant and disciplined in practicing the strictest hygiene and safety SOPs when you're in the club.

GROUP EXERCISE STUDIO RULES

Class spots will be limited and class bookings are mandatory through mobile app.

CLASS BOOKING RULES

Booking opens 46 hours prior to class and closes 20 mins before class. Please only book 1 class per day to allow other members to attend. You may arrive 30 mins prior to time slot to get set up for class.

NO TOWEL SERVICE

Towels will not be provided upon reopening as an enhanced hygiene measure. Please bring your own sweat towel as towel services are not available.

INCREASED CLEANING PROTOCOLS

In addition to enhanced cleaning protocols, members are to use disinfectant sprays on machines and equipment on the gym floor and in group exercise classes. More cleaning stations have been added which will provide disinfectant sprays that are at least 70% alcohol based.

HAND SANITIZER

It is mandatory to sanitize your hands upon entry.

7 TIMES A DAY

Our teams will be cleaning and disinfecting equipment and common surfaces a minimum of 7 times a day. Please also ensure you wipe down your own equipment before and after use.
