Scrambled eggs breakfast mason jar
Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of bruschetta
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of alfalfa
  • Black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with fork. Place it in the microwave and cook on high power for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer the scrambled eggs into the mason jar.
  3. Layer with tomatoes, cheese, bruschetta and alfalfa. Add black pepper to taste.
