Scrambled eggs breakfast mason jar
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of bruschetta
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup of alfalfa
- Black pepper to taste
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with fork. Place it in the microwave and cook on high power for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Transfer the scrambled eggs into the mason jar.
- Layer with tomatoes, cheese, bruschetta and alfalfa. Add black pepper to taste.
