Fruit pizza with granola crust
Ingredients
Oatmeal cookie:
- 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
- ⅓ cup of almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 ripe, mashed bananas
Topping:
- Greek yoghurt
- Strawberries
- Orange
- Mango
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
(Any other fruits that you like)
Instructions- Combine the rolled oats, almond flour, honey, and mashed bananas.
- Spread the dough evenly on an oven tray. Shape it into smaller circles to make snack-size mini pizzas.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Let the oatmeal cookie cool before covering the surface with a layer of yoghurt. Top with your choice of fruit.
