Fruit pizza with granola crust
Ingredients

Oatmeal cookie:

  • 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup of almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 ripe, mashed bananas

Topping:

  • Greek yoghurt
  • Strawberries
  • Orange
  • Mango
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberries

(Any other fruits that you like)

Instructions
  1. Combine the rolled oats, almond flour, honey, and mashed bananas.
  2. Spread the dough evenly on an oven tray. Shape it into smaller circles to make snack-size mini pizzas.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 - 25 minutes.
  4. Let the oatmeal cookie cool before covering the surface with a layer of yoghurt. Top with your choice of fruit.
